About the Circle

Birth can be transformative, and each woman’s experience is unique. Alongside joy and gratitude, some mothers may carry unanswered questions, unexpected emotions, disappointment, or experiences they are still trying to understand. The Birth Integration Circle is an intimate, in-person gathering for mothers who would like an opportunity to reflect on and process their birth experiences. You do not need to have experienced a difficult or traumatic birth to participate. Whether your birth unfolded as you anticipated or took an unexpected path, your story is welcome. Our intention is to provide a space where mothers can feel heard, acknowledge their experiences, and begin to integrate what birth has meant for them. This is a facilitated peer-support and reflection circle, not therapy or medical care.
