About the Course

This offering includes two recorded sessions. The first is from the 2026 Ramadan Ready Conference in Tracy, CA, where we explore how to prepare for Ramadan by reducing distractions, detoxing from unnecessary commitments, and realigning our priorities before the month begins. The second builds on this foundation by looking more closely at women in different seasons of life β€” students, working women, mothers, and caregivers β€” and how each can prepare for Ramadan in a way that is realistic, sustainable, and spiritually meaningful.
