These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in courses, mentorship programs, and related services offered by Her Sacred Path (“we,” “our,” or “us”) through Thinkific and other platforms. By registering for or accessing our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Our programs are intended for women ages 16 and older.
By enrolling, you confirm that you are able to enter into a binding contract.
2. Course Access
Upon registration and payment, you receive a non-transferable, limited license to access the purchased course or mentorship program.
Course materials, including recordings, slides, and resources, are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.
3. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Her Sacred Path—including recordings, course materials, presentations, graphics, and written resources—remains our intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, copy, or use any material for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely through Thinkific’s payment gateways (Stripe or PayPal).
All sales are final and non-refundable. Please review course descriptions carefully before purchasing.
5. Community Conduct
To maintain a respectful and safe learning environment, participants agree to:
Treat instructors and fellow students with kindness and respect.
Avoid disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior in live sessions, forums, or group chats.
Respect confidentiality—personal sharing within classes or cohorts should not be disclosed outside the space.
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these guidelines without refund.
6. Disclaimers
Our courses and mentorship programs are for educational and spiritual development purposes only.
We do not provide counseling, medical, or legal services. Any decisions made based on the content are your personal responsibility.
While we strive for accuracy and clarity, we make no guarantees of specific outcomes from applying course teachings.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Sacred Path is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
